Ghibli theme park will open on November 1st, official tourist promotional video released

Studio Ghibli officially announced that the Ghibli theme park in Aichi Prefecture, Japan will officially open on November 1, 2022. Aichi Prefecture officially released a tourist promotional film "Transform into the Wind, Let's Travel Together", which was created by Studio Ghibli, which tried to make a tourist promotional film, in order to show the charm of Ghibli Park and Aichi Prefecture.

In the Ghibli theme park, there will be the restaurant street from "Spirited Away", the walking path from "My Neighbor Totoro", the "Cat Office" from "The Cat Returns", and elevator buildings designed with the inspiration of "Castle in the Sky" and "Howl's Moving Castle".

The three areas of "Hill of Youth", "Ghibli's Warehouse" and "My Neighbor Totoro Forest" will be open to the public in 2022, while the remaining two areas, "Ghost Village" from "Princess Mononoke" and "Witch Valley" from "Kiki's Delivery Service" are expected to open in 2023.
