The legend of "Kirsukiri Station" first appeared on 2ch, Japan's largest forum, on January 8, 2004. A girl named Hasumi boarded a train at 11pm. After nearly 20 minutes of travel, she left a message on 2ch in confusion, saying that the train usually stops every 7 or 8 minutes, but it didn't stop today. Some netizens suggested going to the conductor's office to ask, but Hasumi did so but didn't get a response from the conductor. However, after the train passed through an unfamiliar tunnel, it stopped at "Kisaragi Station" at 12am.

Hasumi found that not only was there no one in the station, but the outside was also empty after she left the station. She couldn't find the location even after searching on her phone. Confused, she asked her family for help, hoping that they could help call the police, but the police thought it was a prank call because there was no such station as "きさらぎ駅"...
