According to foreign media Deadline, Christopher Nolan's next new film will continue to cooperate with Universal Pictures and is scheduled to be released in IMAX on July 17, 2026. Matt Damon is in talks to play the leading role. Universal Pictures has not made any comments on this.

Like Nolan's other projects, the plot details of the film are strictly confidential, but there are also reports that it will start shooting in early 2025. As for the starring Matt Damon, this will be his third collaboration with Nolan. He has previously starred in Nolan's films "Interstellar" and "Oppenheimer".
