Fabergé Game of Thrones-themed Easter eggs sold for a total of $2.22 million

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the jewelry brand Fabergé recently launched a Game of Thrones themed Easter egg. It is reported that this themed dragon egg has been purchased by an unnamed buyer for $2.22 million. This custom work not only reminds people of Daenerys's Easter egg, but also implies appreciation for her outstanding costumes, which not only celebrates the background of the times, but also highlights the evolving storyline. The design is inspired by Daenerys's arduous journey from an exiled orphan to a queen who reigns over the world and her relentless pursuit of the Iron Throne.

Open the egg and you’ll find a crown set in a dazzling diamond setting. This is a miniature version of the crown that would be presented to Daenerys if she were to ascend the Iron Throne, and it’s set with a pear-shaped ruby responsibly mined by Gemfields at the Montepuez Ruby Mine (MRM) in Mozambique.
