The movie adaptation of the game "Until Dawn" is scheduled to be released in 2025

David F. Sandberg, the live-action film director of "Until Dawn", announced the completion of the film on his personal Instagram account and it is expected to be released in 2025.

David F. Sandberg shared an image of what appears to be a blood-soaked window on his Instagram account, with three smiling faces reflected behind the red blood, two of which are Sandberg and filmmaker Lotta Losten, Sandberg's wife and longtime collaborator. The image was captioned "We made it to dawn! It's over...", announcing that principal photography on the project had wrapped.

Now, principal photography on Until Dawn has officially wrapped, which means it's time to move on to the special effects work. While the film doesn't yet have an official release date, precedent suggests it will likely be ready for its premiere by the end of 2025.

The movie "Until Dawn" tells the story of eight friends and mortal enemies reuniting in a remote mountain resort. Faced with mysterious killers, cannibals, mine collapses and other events, they had to overcome their fears and wait safely for the dawn.
