Library Journal selects best books for the first time in its 100th anniversary year

Library Journal, a professional journal on American history spanning hundreds of years, published its latest best book selection results on December 6. Two Japanese cartoonists were selected for the first time as Japanese people: Naoki Urasawa's "Court Drama!" and Junji Ito's "Sensors."

•Library Journal was founded in 1876, the 100th anniversary of the founding of the United States. It is one of the oldest and most historical professional magazines in the industry. It began selecting the annual book in 2010, and this year is the first time that a Japanese cartoonist has been selected.

• "Court Drama!" tells the story of a woman who has lived a miserable but tenacious life from the post-war period to the present. 11 years after the end of "20th Century Boys", the series has officially started serialization on Spirit. The main character of this series, Asada Asa, begins her grand story.

•Junji Ito is a famous horror manga writer. In the world created by Junji Ito, an ordinary thing, idea or event can be brought to life by Junji Ito's realistic painting style.
