Spider-Man: No Homecoming breaks pre-sale record, surpassing Avengers: Endgame

Spider-Man 3: No Homecoming will be released in North America in two weeks, and its pre-sale box office has been released. According to Deadline, the first-day pre-sale box office of Spider-Man 3: No Homecoming has exceeded the 2019 Avengers 4: Endgame, which had a first-day pre-sale box office of $357 million. Spider-Man 3: No Homecoming also surpassed Black Widow, which previously held the 2021 pre-sale box office record, in just 2 hours.

Presales for Spider-Man: No Home also beat pre-COVID blockbusters like Avengers: Infinity War, Spider-Man: Far From Home, and the three most recent Star Wars films: The Last Jedi, Rogue One and The Rise of Skywalker.

These figures are a sign of the film industry's recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. The Spider-Man movies usually do well at the box office. Spider-Man: Far From Home is the most successful Spider-Man movie, with more than $1.1 billion in box office revenue, ranking 25th among the highest-grossing movies of all time.

"Spider-Man 3: No Homecoming" will be released in North America on December 17, 2021, and the domestic release date has not been determined.
