The United States will remake the Korean horror film "Train to Busan" and name it "Train to New York"

According to a recent report by foreign media Deadline, New Line Cinema's remake of the Korean movie "Train to Busan" may be named "Last Train to New York" (tentative translation), directed by Indonesian director Timo Tjahjanto, and written by "IT: Chapter 2" screenwriter Gary Dauberman.

Timothy Tahya is a talented action/horror film director who has previously directed films such as "The Devil's Invitation" and "Video", which makes him the best choice to remake "Train to Busan".

No specific details have been released for "Train to New York", but the name at least tells us where the story takes place. "Train to Busan" tells the story of a high-speed train from Seoul to Busan, which takes about three hours. The destination of "Train to New York" is New York, so the departure point may be Washington, DC or Boston, which takes about four hours. However, the filmmakers can also choose any place and assume that the United States has a high-speed rail system.
