The original story of "Kaoru Flowers Bloom" tells the story of Rintaro and Kaoruko, who attend two different schools and meet by chance in the cake shop opened by Rintaro's family.

Rintaro, who is tall and fierce-looking and often suffers from prejudice, thinks that his appearance has once again scared Kaoru, who is petite but ate several plates of cake, and caused her to flee, so he feels guilty and lost.

But a few days later, Kaoru took the initiative to contact Rintaro, and after the misunderstanding was resolved, a sweet and colorful youth story was intertwined.
