The first stills of the live-action drama "The Last of Us" are released, Uncle Joel and Ellie appear

To celebrate The Last of Us Day 2021, HBO's live-action series The Last of Us released the first stills, showing Pedro Pascal's Joel and Bella Ramsey's Ellie in a post-apocalyptic world.

In the stills, the two stand in the wilderness with their backs to each other, and we cannot see their faces. There are plane wreckage on the high hill in the distance.

Finding Hope in the End of the World

The live-action drama "The Last of Us" is expected to be completed in June 2022. Craig Mazin, the creator of "Chernobyl", will serve as director, screenwriter and producer with Neil Druckmann, directing some of the episodes respectively.
