The second chapter of the TV animation "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon", the sequel to Rumiko Takahashi's classic anime "Inuyasha", is about to be aired. On August 20, the official announced that a manga of the same name will be produced. Interestingly, it will be created by another famous cartoonist Takashi Shiina. It is scheduled to start serialization on September 25, so stay tuned. "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon" is an original TV animation work with Rumiko Takahashi as the character designer and SUNRISE as the animation producer. It tells the story of the half-demon girls, Yongyuan, Setsuna and Moroha, who inherited the blood of monsters and humans. The twin girls Yongyuan and Setsuna were separated by a forest fire when they were young. Yongyuan came to the modern era from the Warring States period through a tunnel that can travel through the time and space of the Tree of Time. She was raised by the Higurashi family where Kagome lived and grew up to be a female junior high school student who was proficient in martial arts. Interestingly, Rumiko Takahashi herself is not responsible for the creation of the comic version, perhaps because she is too busy, but it is handed over to another famous cartoonist Takashi Shiina (representative work: "GS Mikami") to be in charge of the creation, so fans can rest assured about the quality. |
