On August 18, the Japan Animation Performance Association announced that the famous Japanese animation artist and character design master Masami Suda had passed away on August 1 at the age of 77. During his lifetime, he participated in the production of countless classic and popular animation works, including "Fist of the North Star" and "Dragon Ball".

Masami Suda was born on September 16, 1943. When he was in his 20s, he was introduced by a friend to work as an animator at Tatsunoko Studio, but he was doing odd jobs such as driver. He quickly resigned and joined the famous SHIN-EI animation company, thus truly starting his life journey of animation production.

·Masami Suda participated in the production of countless animation works throughout his life, including "Fist of the North Star", "Kui!! Boys' Juku", "Yo-kai Watch", "Legend of the Galactic Heroes", "Kamikaze Jeanne d'Arc", "Slam Dunk", "Hell Teacher", "Ace Attorney", "Space Knight Blade" , "Dragon Ball", etc. He was low-key and hardworking throughout his life, and there are few written records of his deeds.
