"Detective Conan" welcomes the 100th volume "Police Academy" to be produced as a TV animation

The classic manga "Detective Conan" is about to usher in the 100th volume of the manga! The official announced this news today on August 4th, and it will be released on October 18th. As a commemorative plan, the spin-off "Detective Conan Police Academy Wild Police Story" has been confirmed to be produced as a TV animation, so stay tuned.

"Detective Conan: Wild Police Story" is fully supervised by Gosho Aoyama and illustrated by Takahiro Arai. It is an official spin-off featuring Rei Furuya from "Detective Conan" and his contemporaries Jinpei Matsuda, Kou Date, Kenji Hagiwara, and Keimitsu Morobushi. It tells the story of the six months that Rei Furuya, a mysterious character from "Detective Conan", spent in the police academy.

More commemorative plans for the 100th volume of "Detective Conan" will be released one after another, including new figures and so on, so stay tuned.
