Together with his partner Hajime, he patrols to learn everything about Sunflower Town. Pattle dreams of what kind of car he will be when he grows up. His siren can change color, and he turns on his eye lights at night.

Hajime is Paturu's partner and is assigned to the Sunflower Division of the Sunflower Police Station. The townspeople call him "Hajime-kun" and often treat him like a child, which gives him mixed feelings. He is usually serious and kind, but will do anything dangerous to keep the peace of Sunflower Town. He is often pushed around by Paturu, but his hobby is puzzles.

Pat and Momoko, a policewoman, are idols in the patrol car squad and are girls in the mini patrol car. She is a little older than Patru and everyone treats her like a kid, so she emphasizes her seniority to Patru. Momoko, her partner, is a little older than Hajime.

Mac and Sergeant Yamamoto are the leaders of the Himawari Police Department's patrol car unit. They have a strong sense of responsibility and justice, and are strict when it comes to instructing their juniors, but at heart they are kind. Their only weakness is dogs, and their partner Yamamoto's hobby is fishing.

Dino and Sergeant Maruyama are part of the patrol car unit and are wagon-type patrol cars equipped with the latest computers. They are laid-back and cautious, always thinking before they act.

Officer Burke and Officer Katsuta are patrol cars belonging to the patrol car unit, and are active in patrolling mountainous areas. He is a hot-blooded guy who hates to lose, and because he is young, he often does reckless things. He is physically strong, and his partner Katsuta runs with him instead of riding Burke in order to keep in shape.
