Technology: CNC fine carving
CNC engraving is one of the most sophisticated printing tools. The processing time of each printing is long. It is so-called slow work produces fine work. It is carved on stainless steel with a very sharp knife head. The knife head is very easy to wear. It is necessary to do the second and third times to ensure the fineness. Each printing is checked with a high power magnifying glass before leaving the machine.
Material: 304 stainless steel
After a variety of materials comparison, although 304 stainless steel processing is the most difficult, but its hardness is high, so the maintenance performance is more outstanding, the service life is the longest.
Integrated pole: whole pole turning
The welded pole is very easy to fracture when being hammered. Although the integral rod needs to drop most of the material car of the whole bar, the cost is high, but the integrated rod is durable.

1、Research and development ideas
Thumbprint : Horizontal
From the perspective of R & D sequence, the first thing we did was the thumbprint of horizontal. The thumbprint of horizontal look simple, but we think it is the most representative technical breakthrough among all printing tools. If this bone is chewed down, the data we can obtain will run through all printing tools. That is to say, the final data of thumb cross design determines the fineness of leather carving printing For this reason, we have spent three months in order to make only one printing. We have repeatedly tried, adjusted, proofed and compared again and again. For example, the fineness of the left side of the figure is the fine effect made after our repeated experiments. I believe that among the printing tools in the world, this one has the highest fineness, but it has been used for a long time After repeated consideration, we gave up the data of this printing, because although it is fine, it is too sharp, it is easy to hurt the cattle belt due to the operation control during the carving process. After repeated correction and trial, we determined the right version of the figure, which is more fine and can be used freely.
In this series, we have made a total of 7 types of sizes, that is, there are 14 heads to be used. In fact, before proofing, in order to more commonly use each head, we have determined the width and arc size of the 14 heads. How to combine the 14 width data and determine the length of the printing can achieve the gradient effect comparison of leather carving Perfect, we have tried many times. As you know, when making Sheridan Style, the radian of the cross-section of the thumbprint of horizontal determines the lightness of the visual sense of the petals, and the angle of the vertical section determines the gradual shadow effect.
