In particular, the contrast between the "Red King" Suou Mikoto and the new "Blue King" Munakata Reisi delves deeper into the themes of the work, "the power of the king" and "the destiny of the king."

Suo Mikaru's character has been a notable presence in the series so far, but this episode puts even more emphasis on his inner struggles. Tsuda Kenjiro's voice acting skills shine as he conveys Suo's pain and frustration to the audience. Meanwhile, Munakata Reiji's character is beautifully portrayed by Sugita Tomokazu, who portrays his ideals and sense of mission as the new Blue King, with the conflict and sympathy between the two kings at the heart of the story.

The storyline cleverly intertwines the two themes of Scepter 4's reconstruction and Homra's rampage, drawing the viewer's interest. In particular, the portrayal of Homra's internal turmoil and new members realistically portrays the current state of the organization. Additionally, during the process of Scepter 4's reconstruction, Munakata Reiji's leadership and Awashima Seri's support are impressive, giving the impression of the team's rebirth and growth.

In terms of visuals, GoHands' distinctive drawing style continues to be used, with many colorful and dynamic scenes. In particular, the depiction of the battle scenes is very dynamic and visually impactful. As for the music, angela's theme songs "SURVIVE!" and "BLAZE" add to the atmosphere of the story, further enriching the viewing experience.
