"Prince Yusei" tells the story of Prince Yusei who came to Earth on a flying saucer because he was given the mission of making Earth join the universe union. He came to Earth in an island country during the Edo period 200 years ago. The flying saucer crashed into a mountain and Prince Yusei fell into a continuous sleep.

When the prince woke up again, it was already the 1950s. So Prince Yusei used the alias Huo and worked hard as a shoe shiner with a young woman named Junzi at the bottom of society in Ginza. However, his fighting ability was not that of an earthling after all, and he began his adventure as a vigilante to punish evildoers.
