The second season of The Witcher, the actor of Radish returns home to rest and will be replaced by a new horse

The second season of Netflix's "The Witcher" TV series is currently in production. According to foreign media Comicbook, in the second season, the actor who plays Geralt's beloved mount, Radish, will go home to rest and replace it with a new horse.

The actor who plays Geralt's beloved mount, Turnip, is getting ready to rest and go home. In the first season, Turnip was played by a stallion named Zeusz, who was filming part of the second season in London last December. Now it seems that the filming required for Zeusz has been completed. Animal group leader Bernadette Werner revealed that the animals can finally go home after a long journey.

Bernadette Werner, head of the horse group, revealed on Instagram what it was like to work with Zeusz (the actor who played carrot in the first season) and participate in the performance. He said that there was not a single day of complete rest during the 291 days of filming, and that they were completely isolated from the world for nearly 3 months. There were 3 horses, 2 dogs and 4 geese in the animal group. During Easter, Bernadette Werner, head of the horse group, could not talk to her family during her 40th birthday because her mobile phone was broken and no one in the crew could repair it.

The second season of The Witcher is currently scheduled for 2021, with plans for the third season to be announced later. Netflix is also producing a six-part prequel series, The Witcher: Blood Origin, which tells the story 1,200 years before Geralt set foot in the Northern Kingdoms. And an animated film, The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, about Geralt's mentor Vesemir.
