"Natsume's Book of Friends: The Stonecaller and the Strange Visitor" released a new special video on October 9, 2020. This time, Takahiro Omori is still the scriptwriter and supervisor of the theatrical version, which is expected to be released on January 16, 2021.

Stonecaller:

Natsume meets a little monster in the woods, Mitsumi, who is given the role of "Stone Caller" so that he can wake up the god called Gantetsu from his sleep. However, in order to get a reward, the cat teacher and the monsters start planning to steal the awakening role. Natsume, who cares about Mitsumi, decides to help.

Weird Visitors:

A mysterious guest appears next to Tanuma. He visits almost every day, then leaves after a few words. After learning that his true identity is a monster, Natsume is worried about Tanuma, but Tanuma seems to enjoy communicating with the monster. The monster doesn't seem to do anything bad, but Tanuma's physical condition gradually deteriorates.
