Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill 3 may be about reconciliation with Uma Thurman

Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill 3 may be about reconciliation with Uma Thurman

After "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" was nominated for the Golden Globe Awards for Best Picture (Musical or Comedy) and Best Director, Quentin Tarantino revealed in an interview with an American radio station that he had a pleasant conversation with Uma Thurman over dinner recently, and he came up with the idea for "Kill Bill 3", which is likely to be made.

However, Quentin said that the real work of Kill Bill 3 will not start until at least three years later. After Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, his focus is not on movies, but on writing a stage play script and a five-episode TV series, the specific content of which is still confidential.

Although Uma Thurman gained greater fame through the "Kill Bill" series, there were some conflicts between her and Quentin after the film was released.

It turns out that in 2018, when Uma Thurman revealed the details of being sexually assaulted by Harvey Weinstein, she revealed that Quentin made her drive dangerously during the filming of Kill Bill, which led to a car accident. She said at the time, "Quentin deeply regrets this matter."

She admitted that Quentin had no malicious intent in filming the video, and that he gave the video to Uma Thurman many years later, and that "it might have caused him (Quentin) personal harm, but he did the right and brave thing, and I am proud of him." She felt that the real problem was Weinstein and the other three producers who wanted to destroy the evidence and lied.

Uma Thurman's daughter Maya Hawke also starred in this year's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood". Uma Thurman and her old friend Quentin seem to have reconciled, and she also hopes that "Kill Bill 3" can meet the audience as soon as possible.
