Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone 4K restored 3D version scheduled for release nationwide on August 14

Today (July 23), the official blog of Warner Bros. Films announced that the new 4K restored 3D version of "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" will be released nationwide on August 14, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the introduction of the "Harry Potter" series of books to China.

The film "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" is adapted from the novel of the same name by the British best-selling author J.K. Rowling. The script of the film was written by Stephen Clover, directed by Chris Columbus, and co-starred by Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Richard Harris and Ian Hart. The film was released in China on January 26, 2002.

The movie tells the story of Harry Potter, a little boy whose parents died when he was young. He is the descendant of a magician. Both his parents were killed by a bad wizard in the magic world. However, when the bad wizard tried to kill Harry Potter, he was stopped by a huge force, so Harry Potter survived. After that, he lived with his aunt's family and was sent to a magic school, where he had many interesting and incredible experiences.

The new 4K restored 3D version of "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" is scheduled to be released nationwide on August 14, so stay tuned.
