The latest Mortal Kombat movie project has completed filming and is ready to enter post-production, with a release date scheduled for 2021. Several actors and film participants celebrated the milestone on Twitter.

Actor Ludi Lin, who plays Liu Kang in the film, was the first to celebrate on Twitter:

“Mortal Kombat is officially finished, and it feels like a Christmas present.”

Another black actor, Mechad Brooks (Supergirl, James Olsen), who plays Jax Briggs in Mortal Kombat, also celebrated the milestone on Twitter:

"Mortal Kombat has officially wrapped up filming, and we look forward to letting everyone see the film in 380 days."

The film's screenwriter Greg Russo also took this opportunity to express his gratitude to the actors and crew:

"Congratulations to the cast and crew of Mortal Kombat for wrapping up today! Thank you all for your cooperation. I feel the crazy passion and dedication. I hope everyone has a good rest during the holidays."

The remake of "Mortal Kombat" has been in the works for a long time and is now scheduled to be released on January 15, 2021. I hope to see the first trailer of the film soon after it is completed.
