The sequel to "Train to Busan" "Peninsula" started filming and released the first concept map

The sequel to "Peninsula" has finalized its cast and released its first concept map, showing the peninsula, which has become a wasteland four years after the story of "Peninsula". The film will continue to be directed by Yeon Sang-ho, the director of "Peninsula", and officially started shooting on June 24.

In addition to the previously confirmed leading roles of Kang Dong Won and Lee Jung Hyun, the young heroine of "Hope" Lee Rae, the experienced actor Kwon Hae Hyo, Gu Kyo Hwan who won the 21st Busan Film Festival Actor Award for the independent film "Jane", and Kim Min Jae who has starred in films such as "Telekinesis" and "Battleship Island" have joined the cast.

The film tells the story of the final battle of people to escape the wasteland of "Peninsula" four years after the story of "Train to Busan". Lee Jung-hyun plays Min-jeong, the "female warrior" who leads the survivors to fight the zombies, and Kang Dong-won plays Jung-seok, who returns to Korea for his own ambition.
