The first trailer of the Chinese sci-fi film "Shanghai Fortress" was released, starring Lu Han and Shu Qi

The domestic science fiction film "Shanghai Fortress", directed by Teng Huatao and starring Lu Han, Shu Qi, Gao Yixiang and Shi Liang, released a release date trailer today . In the trailer, landmark buildings such as the Shanghai Bund, Jing'an Temple, and Nanpu Bridge appeared one by one.

"Shanghai Fortress" is adapted from Jiang Nan's novel of the same name. It tells the story of the future world's alien dark forces suddenly attacking the earth. Jiang Yang and Lin Lan shoulder the heavy responsibility of saving the earth in the end times, and the surviving humans start the ultimate battle with alien civilization in Shanghai, China.

"Shanghai Fortress" will be released in mainland China on August 9, 2019.
