Fallout: New Vegas attractions will appear in Fallout TV series season 2

A photo from the set of Fallout Season 2 has surfaced online, confirming that an iconic face will be making an appearance in the upcoming episodes.

Please note that the following contains minor spoilers for Fallout.

A leaked set photo (below) shows that Dee the T. Rex will be making an appearance in Fallout Season 2. For those who don't know, Dee the T. Rex is a roadside attraction in Norwalk, a Mojave wasteland area in Fallout: New Vegas.

Here’s what the Fallout: New Vegas Official Game Guide has to say about Novak and our dinosaur companion:

"Norwalk is little more than a lonely motel on a desert highway, a collection of multiple buildings fortified for the safety of its post-apocalyptic residents. Overlooking them is the area's landmark: a giant, man-made Tyrannosaurus Rex biting the top off the 'world's second-largest thermometer.'

"The interior of 'Little Di' is also the city centre (it was a pre-war gift shop, now it has been transformed and there is a sniper point in the mouth of 'Little Di'). 'Little Di' is an 'attraction' for tourists. Some local residents are friendly, but most people are distrustful of outsiders."

We’ve known for a while that the show would venture into the story territory of Fallout: New Vegas. After all, the first season ended with Hank MacLean, a disgraced (at least in the eyes of many) Vault-Tec executive, fleeing towards the ruins of New Vegas in a tight Brotherhood of Steel power armor.

Showrunners Graham Wagner and Genevieve Robertson-Doret later confirmed that the next season would take place in New Vegas, adding that the run-down state of New Vegas was intended to show viewers that "a lot has happened" to the place since the events of the game Fallout: New Vegas.

Dee won't be the only familiar character to appear when the show returns. Last year, showrunners revealed that Mr. House, the mysterious leader of New Vegas, would be "part of Season 2," though they didn't reveal much more.
