DC movie "Joker" wrapped up and new set photos revealed, red clothes and green hair standing on the street

Recently, Warner Bros.' new version of Joker completed its final shoot on the streets of New York. Joaquin Phoenix played the dual roles of the super villain Joker and Arthur Fleck, and the Joker with green hair and red clothes stole the show. The heroine Sophie, played by Zazie Beetz (Deadpool 2), appeared in the camera with her child, and was stared at by Arthur from a distance.

Joaquin Phoenix's reinterpretation of the Joker is different from previous versions. The film will be independent of the existing DC universe and tell the origin story of Batman's archenemy, the Joker. It is reported that the plot of the film is set in the late 1970s and early 1980s. It will be a "restricted" movie that focuses on showing the dark side of the character.

"Joker" is directed by Todd Phillips, the director of "The Hangover" series, and is scheduled to be released in North America on October 5, 2019.
