Stills from The Walking Dead Season 9: The war is coming again, but it’s not about zombies anymore

The Walking Dead Season 9 will return in October, and a still from the first episode has been released in advance, giving us a glimpse into what life will be like after the battle with Negan. It looks like the conflicts will still be between people, not zombies.

The screenshots show us the lives of some characters after defeating Negan. Rick and Michonne seem to be quite peaceful, but for Maggie, she may have to prepare for another big battle. She is gathering her people and seems to be preparing for war. It may be a fight with Rick for leadership, or Negan's men may rise again.

There are also photos showing a lot of people working together in solidarity, so maybe this season will be all about peace. No way. This is The Walking Dead, and nothing good can happen.

The Walking Dead Season 9 will return on October 7. This will be the last season for Lincoln (Rick) and Cohan (Maggie), and Norman Reedus will become the protagonist.
