According to foreign media reports, Mark Strong, one of the leading actors in the "Kingsman" series, is expected to star in the new DC comic adaptation "Shazam", playing the villain Dr. Sivana.

Mark Strong is no stranger to DC movies. He once played a villain in the 2011 DC movie "Green Lantern". At that time, he played the role of Sinestro, a rebel general of the Green Lantern Alliance.

The movie version of "Shazam" will be jointly directed by Warner's New Line Cinema and DC Films. David F. Sandberg, a new horror film expert who has directed "Lights Out" and "Annabelle: Creation", will be the director. The male protagonist Shazam has been confirmed to be played by Zachary Levi, who played Fandral in the "Thor" series of movies.

Shazam is a superhero in the DC comics world who can summon magical powers and has a strong sense of justice. His original name is Billy Batson. DC Creative Director Geoff Johns once said that Shazam's number one enemy Black Adam would not appear in the movie, so Dr. Sivana, played by Strong, will appear as the villain of "Shazam".
