Play with the "Dune" style! Trailer of "Kung Fu Panda 4: Desert and Spice"

"Dune 2" will be released in North America on March 1 (March 8 in China), and taking advantage of this favorable trend, "Kung Fu Panda 4" today released a new trailer "Desert and Spice", and the film will "Return of the Dragon" on April 4.

Official introduction:

This spring, comedy king Jack Black returns to voice his character in Kung Fu Panda 4 after nearly a decade, playing the world's most unexpected Kung Fu master, Po, opening a new chapter of excitement, humor and fun for this beloved DreamWorks animation series.

After defeating the world's biggest villains in three thrilling adventures with unparalleled courage and martial arts, Dragon Warrior Po (Golden Globe nominee Jack Black) is now destined to... take a break. More specifically, he has been chosen to be the spiritual leader of the Valley of Peace. This brings up a few obvious problems. First, Po has no idea what a spiritual leader does; second, he must quickly find and train the next Dragon Warrior to take on this new lofty position.

To make matters worse, someone has recently seen the evil and powerful crime lord Chameleon (Oscar winner Vera Davis). This small lizard can transform into any size animal at will. She wants Po's Staff of Wisdom. With this treasure, she can re-summon all the big demons that Po has defeated.

So Po needs help. That's when the cunning and resourceful thief True (Golden Globe winner Awkwafina) shows up. This sand fox often annoys Po, but her superb skills always come in handy. The happy enemies must work together to protect the Valley of Peace from the clutches of the chameleon. In the process, Po will also discover that heroes may appear in the most unexpected places.

The film's voice cast includes:

Returning Oscar winner Dustin Hoffman plays Kung Fu master Shifu

Wu Hanzhang (My Mother's Multiverse), plays Po's adoptive father Goose Daddy

Oscar nominee Bryan Cranston plays Po's biological father, Lao Li

Emmy nominee Ian McShane plays Can Bao, the former apprentice and nemesis of the Master

Oscar winner Kwan Chi-wai (My Mother's Multiverse) also joins the cast, lending his voice to the new character, the boss of the Thieves' Den.

The film is directed by Mike Mitchell (DreamWorks Animation's Trolls, Shrek 4 the Immortals), produced by Rebecca Huntley (DreamWorks Animation's League of Villains), and co-directed by Stephanie Mastin (The Evil Dead). In 2008, Kung Fu Panda, the first film to be nominated for an Oscar, became DreamWorks Animation's highest-grossing original animated film, with the series grossing over $1.8 billion worldwide.
