Some country maybe will charge some importing tax in customs.Particularly in Europe,if customs tax is requested,buyer are responsible for it ,If buyer don't clear customs and let the parcel return ,we are unable to refund the payment.
All the items are taken in kind,but sometimes ,due to the lights or shooting angle is different,and personal understanding of color different will result in color difference problem,this problem does not belong to quality problems.If mind off color,please be careful to buy.
After you place the order ,we need 1-3 days to prepare the order then we can ship it out.We will use DHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT for the transportation,we will choose any one as we need.Usually it will take 4-7 days to receipt,if you need other ways to delivery it,please let me know.
