Captain Marvel 2 becomes the smallest movie in Marvel Universe

According to foreign media reports, the production cost of Marvel Studios' Captain Marvel 2 was only $130 million, which is the same as 2015's Ant-Man, making it the lowest-cost Marvel Universe movie and the highest-budget movie directed by a black woman in film history. The film will be released in North America on November 10.

Nia DaCosta, the director of "Captain Marvel 2", has directed "Candyman" and "Little Forest". She was chosen as the director in 2020. At the age of 30, she is the youngest director of a Marvel Universe movie and the first black woman to direct a Marvel movie.
