The second phase of the new animation of "Urusei Yatsura" will be broadcast on January 5th

The new animation of the classic manga masterpiece "Urusei Yatsura" has been aired on October 13th. Today, on January 3rd, the official announced a new trailer for the second phase and some additional voice actors for new characters. Aoi Yuuki, Ayahi Takagaki, and Shigeru Chiba have been confirmed to participate. The second phase will start on January 5th, so stay tuned.

•Urusei Yatsura is the representative work of Japanese cartoonist Rumiko Takahashi and her first full-length work. The cartoon was serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday from 1978 to 1987 and won the 26th Shogakukan Manga Award and the 18th Nebula Award (1987).

•Urusei Yatsura is not only the masterpiece that made Rumiko Takahashi famous, but also a milestone in the history of Japanese animation. The unrestrained imagination in the play is amazing. Takahashi not only gradually formed her own signature humorous style during the serialization of Urusei, but also made great progress in her painting skills and style.
