Sony announced that Bullet Train, starring Brad Pitt, will be released in digital format on September 27 and in 4K Blu-ray format on October 18. The film cost $90 million to invest and grossed $222 million worldwide as of last Sunday. "Bullet Train" is directed by David Leitch ("John Wick" and "Deadpool 2") and stars Brad Pitt, Joey King, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz and others. The film is adapted from Isaka Kotaro's novel "Ladybug", which tells the story of five assassins on a speeding train from Tokyo to Morioka. They find that their respective missions are actually related. So the question becomes: Who can get off alive? What is waiting for them at the terminal? |
