Shueisha announces the latest information on the short animation "Nanashi Kaidan"

Japanese publisher Shueisha announced a series of first releases, the latest posters and character designs for its original horror short animation Nanashi Kaidan.

The main character will be voiced by the famous male voice actor Kimura Takashi. The main character is a receptionist in a department store, and it is rumored that he "has another face that tells ghost stories". Children are often more sensitive than adults, and this animation will focus on the theme of children feeling "something" in their lives. In addition, Yoshino Aoyama will voice "Ban, a girl from the family of the Shigan Shrine who has been sealing ghosts for generations", and Maruka Asahina will voice "Zi, a silent boy who is not close to anyone other than Brahma".

Nanashi Kaidan is based on the stories and character designs created by students and graduates of Tokyo Animation Academy, and is planned and produced by Shogakukan Shueisha. The animation has a total of 10 episodes and will be broadcast from August 8 to August 19.
