Netflix is planning to make more Fear Street movies. Author RL Stine revealed the news in an interview with Yahoo Entertainment. "I heard Netflix had more Fear Street movies coming out because the first three did really well last summer. And they were kind of shocking to me because they were all R-rated, and I'd never done anything R-rated. And all these teenagers were killed off. It was like, suddenly I had my own horror movie." Based on the novel Fear Street by RL Stine, the film tells the story of a group of teenagers determined to break a centuries-old curse that has enveloped their small town. "Fear Street 1994" will be aired in July 2021, "Fear Street 2:1978" will be aired the following week, and "Fear Street 3:1666" will be aired a week later. It sounds like there will be "Fear Street 4". Foreign media Bloody Disgusting revealed that Netflix is deeply developing these movies. |
