"The Powerpuff Girls" live-action clip leaked, netizens: Thank you for cutting it

In 2021, CW plans to launch a live-action series of "The Powerpuff Girls" and filmed part of the pilot episode. But in the end, the project was cut and failed to continue development. Recently, some clips of the pilot episode were leaked and formed into a trailer and posted online.

Leaked video:

Many media outlets confirmed that these clips were real, but they were not officially edited into the trailer, meaning that the editing of this trailer was done by unofficial channels. Before being removed by Warner Bros. due to copyright claims, the video had been viewed over 200,000 times. However, the embarrassing plot and special effects also made the trailer go viral online, with one netizen saying, "Thanks to the person who canceled this show for saving the day!"

In the live-action series of The Powerpuff Girls, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup have long gone their separate ways and no longer be superheroes. Buttercup became a firefighter, Bubbles got drunk all day, and Blossom left everything behind. All this was because the three of them accidentally killed "Devil Juju" many years ago, so they decided to retire. Unexpectedly, many years later, Devil Juju's son "Devil Juju II" decided to avenge his father's death, and also found Professor You and framed him, so the three little police girls had to come out of the arena again to solve everything.
