Veteran Hong Kong actor Kenneth Tsang dies at 87

According to Hong Kong media reports, Hong Kong famous actor Zeng Jiang suddenly passed away in a quarantine hotel at the age of 87. The media asked Zeng Jiang's long-time friend, Hong Kong famous filmmaker Tin Kai Man, for confirmation, and he said that it was true. According to Tin Kai Man, after hearing the news of Zeng Jiang's death, he asked Zeng Jiang's wife for confirmation and learned that the news was true.

According to multiple Hong Kong media reports, Zeng Jiang returned to Hong Kong from Singapore on Monday (25th) and checked into the Kowloon Hotel. Yesterday (26th), the rapid test for the new coronavirus was negative. This morning (27th), when the Department of Health staff inspected the hotel room where Zeng Jiang stayed, they found that no one answered the door. When the hotel staff opened the door, they found Zeng Jiang unconscious in the room. The paramedics confirmed that he died on the spot.

Zeng Jiang, formerly known as Zeng Guanyi, is a senior actor in Hong Kong. In 2015, he won the Best Supporting Actor Award for the first time for Overheard 3. He is the elder brother of the famous actress Lin Cui and the uncle of the artists Wang Xinping and Chen Shanhe.
