Katsura Masakazu's 40th anniversary exhibition of personally painted commemorative art will open on April 27

It has been 40 years since the famous Japanese cartoonist Katsura Masakazu (59 years old) started writing comics. The 40th anniversary exhibition "World Exhibition of Character Settings" will be held on April 27. The commemorative illustrations drawn by Katsura Masakazu himself have been released, so stay tuned.

• Katsura Masakazu is one of the few cartoonists in Japan who became famous without becoming someone else's assistant. His works are delicate and realistic, with a strong sense of life. Among the cartoonists who serialize their works in Weekly Shonen Jump, his precise and detailed depiction of the body and demeanor of girls is highly recognized. The natural scenery, scenes, costumes and decorations in his works all show his unique personality and extraordinary talent.

•The "World Exhibition of Character Settings", a commemorative exhibition for Katsura Masakazu's 40th anniversary of his career, will be held from April 27 to May 8. Materials on the master's representative works, such as "Movie Girls", "I"s", "DNA2", "Blade Man", and secrets of original paintings will all be on display. Stay tuned.
