Recently, the first stills of Disney's live-action movie "Pinocchio" were exposed. Tom Hanks plays the carpenter Geppetto and Pinocchio in the same frame. Pinocchio should be based on the animated version. The film will be launched on Disney+ this fall.

The live-action film of "Pinocchio" is directed by Robert Zemeckis. Tom Hanks plays the old carpenter Geppetto, Luke Evans plays the villain coachman, Benjamin Evan Ainsworth voices Pinocchio, Joseph Gordon-Levitt voices Jiminy Cricket, Cynthia Erivo plays the Blue Fairy, Keegan-Michael Key voices Honest John, and Lorraine Blanco voices the new character Sophia the Seagull.

"Pinocchio" is adapted from Disney's 1940 animated film of the same name. It tells the story of an old carpenter who made a puppet boy, Pinocchio, who was given life by a fairy and was told that if he could show qualities such as bravery and honesty, he could become a real boy.
