'The Wasp' Evangeline Lilly opposes mandatory COVID-19 vaccination

The U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled that Biden’s “mandatory vaccination order” was unconstitutional. Evangeline Lilly, who played “The Wasp” in “Ant-Man 2”, also participated in the “anti-COVID-19 vaccine mandatory order” rally. She said on social media: “I believe that no one should be forced to inject anything into the body against their will. Being subjected to any kind of threat - violent attacks/arrests without trial/loss of job/homelessness/hunger/loss of education opportunities/away from loved ones/expulsion from the community church... etc. ”

In Evangeline Lilly's view, "mandatory vaccination" is not the right way, nor is it safe or healthy. It is not love. "I understand that the world is in fear now, but I don't think responding to fear with force will solve the problem." (The 10 new crown vaccines approved by the WHO are all for emergency use, not full approval)

In March 2020, Lily said that she continued to go out as usual during the COVID-19 pandemic and did not stay at home in quarantine. Afterwards, she responded to netizens' questions by saying, "Our current situation is too much like military control in the name of respiratory flu." She believed that "freedom is more important than life," and her words and deeds caused controversy.

A few days later, Lily apologized and reflected that she did not fully understand the situation and impact of the epidemic. She emphasized that she had always followed the instructions of the local government where she lived, and hoped to act with love rather than fear, and to better understand her position.
