On September 23, DC Films officially announced that Joker 2: Double Delusion will be released in China on October 16, 12 days later than in Europe and the United States (October 4). The film is directed by Todd Phillips and stars Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga. It mainly tells the story of Harley Quinn, a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum, falling in love with her patient Arthur Fleck.
