Tristia is a beautiful city that has prospered as a key hub of maritime trade since ancient times and has been praised as the "Jewel of the Sea." However, due to a dragon attack about ten years ago, the city lost its original splendor.
Nanoka Franca is the granddaughter of Prospero, the world's greatest genius inventor.
Inheriting her grandfather's talent, she displayed it at the age of 14, and was entrusted with the revival of Tristia, which was in a state of decline.
One day, an invention rival from Nanoka's days at the Imperial Capital Junior Academy appears in Tristia and challenges Nanoka... What will the outcome be...?
