The Witcher TV series screenwriter: Geralt's bathing scene in the show is designed specifically for gamers

The Netflix fantasy drama "The Witcher" starring Henry Cavill has been on the air recently. The drama is based on the novel by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski, which was previously adapted into a game of the same name (often translated as "The Witcher") and became popular all over the world. In the drama, Geralt, played by "Superman", has a sexy bathing scene. Players who have played "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" will definitely smile when they see this scene.

Series producer and screenwriter Lauren Hissrich believes this scene is very important. She said in an interview recently, "Obviously, we did not adapt it from the game. The game is also adapted from the original novel, so we used the same source material. But as an American, I also know that many people, especially American audiences, are more familiar with adapted games. They don't even know the existence of the original work. They are part of our fan base, and this scene is like a wink and a nod to them, indicating that we also take care of them."

Netflix's The Witcher has been renewed for season 2 and will begin filming on February 17, 2020.
