The three main actors of "Jurassic Park" will return for "Jurassic World 3"

According to foreign media reports, "Jurassic World 3" director Colin Trevorrow recently confirmed that the original "Jurassic Park" cast Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum will appear in the new movie and they will continue to play their iconic roles.

The trio have been largely absent from the Jurassic World franchise since the reboot in 2015. Although Goldblum had a small cameo in 2018's Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, he hasn't played the character since 2001's Jurassic Park 3, in which Dern had a cameo.

As for the specific plot of "Jurassic World 3", it is still a mystery. At present, it is only known that the film will be directed by Trevorrow and co-written. The ending of "The Lost Kingdom" is that the dinosaurs were released into the wild. If the sequel is set after this movie, then the story of this episode will tell the consequences of this.

"Jurassic World 3" is scheduled to be released on June 11, 2021.
