"Godzilla vs. Kong" movie project launched! Released in 2020

The movie "Kong: Skull Island" has just been released in North America, and the film's producers Legendary Entertainment and Warner Bros. Pictures have already begun preparing for the next "monster" IP work "Godzilla vs. Kong".

According to foreign media reports, the "Godzilla vs. Kong" film crew has formed a screenwriter team to develop the script, and Terry Rossio, one of the screenwriters of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" series, has been appointed as the head of the team. Once Terry Rossio and others come up with good ideas for "Godzilla vs. Kong", the film crew will invite a screenwriter to write the script for the film.

In addition to Terry Rossio, members of the "Godzilla vs. Kong" screenwriter team also include: Patrick McKay and John D. Payne (the two co-wrote the script for "Star Trek Beyond" and are currently collaborating on the script for "Star Trek 4"); Jack Paglen (screenwriter of "Transcendence" and one of the screenwriters of "Alien: Covenant"); J. Michael Straczynski (screenwriter of "Sense8", "World War Z", etc.); Lindsey Beer (currently adapting the fantasy novel "The Kingkiller Chronicle" for Lionsgate); Cat Vasko (currently writing the love movie Queen of the Air for Warner Bros. Pictures); TS Nolin (screenwriter of the "Maze Runner" series), etc.

"Godzilla vs. Kong" is expected to meet the audience in 2020.
