Sony and Peacock released the first teaser trailer for the Chariots of Fire TV series, which will premiere on Peacock on July 27.

Trailer:

"Chariots of Fire" is written and executive produced by Michael Jonathan Smith ("Cobra"), with Anthony Mackie playing John Doe. Other actors include Will Arnett, Samoa Joe, Thomas Haden Church, Stephanie Beatriz and Neve Campbell (the heroine of the "Scream" series).

In Chariots of Fire, MacKay will play John Doe, a man with amnesia who talks as fast as he drives. Doe must drive through a post-apocalyptic wasteland to deliver supplies to the Outpost, aided by car thief Quiet while being pursued by patrol officer Agent Stone.

Peacock announced the live-action series "Chariots of Fire" in February last year. It is also the second TV series adapted by Sony PlayStation Productions. The first is "The Last of Us", produced by HBO.
