"Underground Ninja" TV animation confirmed to be broadcast this fall, new Ninja Day art released

The official TV animation of "Underground Ninja" based on the original work of Japanese cartoonist Kengo Hanazawa announced that the animation will officially start broadcasting this fall. At the same time, new art to commemorate "Ninja Day" on February 22 was released. Stay tuned.

The story of "Underground Ninja" takes place after World War II. Japan abolished the ninja organization, but there are still 200,000 ninjas hiding in every corner of modern Japanese society, performing various assassinations or secret missions. The ninjutsu used by these ninjas is not superpowers or magic, but technological products such as optical camouflage uniforms and electric batons.

The protagonist Kumogakure Kuro is a low-ranking ninja who, after a long period of unemployment, takes on the task of infiltrating Kodan High School. Before he officially infiltrates, a Russian who aspires to become a ninja comes to Japan, causing a commotion in the area.
