The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel animation to be aired in 2022

The "Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel" series has been decided to be adapted into a TV animation, using an original storyline, and is expected to be broadcast in 2022.

Continuing the worldview of "orbital technology" in the "Legend of Heroes Trails" series, "The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel" is set in the Erebonian Empire, a major military power in the western part of the Zemuria continent. It describes the young protagonists of the special class "Class VII" of the Thors Military Academy, who personally experience the customs of various parts of their homeland facing civil strife under the open and covert struggles between the reformists and the traditional aristocratic forces. And they try their best to open up their own new path in this drastically changing empire, and even at the turning point of world history.

The word “flash” in the title implies the flash of a sword that cuts through the darkness, and also has the image of the flickering flames of war in an empire caught in civil strife.
