The former ratings champion, the legendary classic Japanese drama "Gorgeous Family" will be airing a new episode on April 18, titled "Serial Drama W: Gorgeous Family". As a commemorative work for the 30th anniversary of the establishment of WOWOW, the latest poster was released today, February 18, with 18 main characters appearing in the same frame.

"Gorgeous Family" is adapted from the novel of the same name by Toyoko Yamazaki. It was first broadcast on Japan's TBS TV station in 2007 and set a record-breaking high ratings. It is set against the background of financial restructuring from 1966 to 1968 and tells the story of the disputes, ambitions, love and hatred between fathers and sons in a chaebol family.
