Benedict Cumberbatch, the famous actor who starred in "Doctor Strange" and "Sherlock", will serve as executive producer and star in "Eric", a new series for Netflix, a streaming platform produced by the producers of HBO's "Chernobyl" series. According to DEADLINE, the series will follow Vincent Anderson, played by Cumberbatch, a puppeteer on a major TV show whose son goes missing and who finds solace in a friendship with Eric, a monster that lives under his son's bed. Other cast members include Gaby Hoffman, McKinley Belcher II, Dan Fogler, Phoebe Nicholls, Chlarke Peters, Ivan Morris How, David Denman, Bamar Kane, Adepero Doyue, Alexis Molnar and Roberta Colindrez. |
