Benedict Cumberbatch, the famous actor who starred in "Doctor Strange" and "Sherlock", will serve as executive producer and star in "Eric", a new series for Netflix, a streaming platform produced by the producers of HBO's "Chernobyl" series. According to DEADLINE, the series will follow Vincent Anderson, played by Cumberbatch, a puppeteer on a major TV show whose son goes missing and who finds solace in a friendship with Eric, a monster that lives under his son's bed.
